Manufacturing & Sourcing
Manufacturing at the Core.
Sourcing When the Project Needs It.
Vemiloa coordinates pet-product sourcing, sampling and OEM/ODM projects in China through manufacturing partners. Start with an existing model, a branding requirement or a product-development brief, then agree the model, specifications, quantities and responsibilities before production.

Quality checks.
- Factory coordination
- Existing models, quantities and customization feasibility with partner factories.
- Production follow-up
- Partner factories manufacture; we coordinate sampling and production plans.
- Quality requirements
- Agree product, accessory and packaging checks against approved samples; confirm who inspects.
Certifications vary by product and manufacturing partner. Request model-specific documents and confirm what is available for your destination and sales channel.
From Product Reference to Quotation
We help compare available models and coordinate quotations and samples with partner factories. Share a product reference, estimated quantities and intended market to start; we can clarify the remaining requirements with you.
As the scope becomes clearer, include:
- Product links, images or model references, including the variant you want.
- Quantity per model or variant, rather than only a total across the order.
- Destination market and sales channel.
- Required logo, packaging, material, component or functional changes.
- Required accessories, instructions and packing details.
- Your target timing, shipment destination and any inspection requirements.
- Your target budget or price range, if you have one, and the specifications or support that matter most.
If some details are still undecided, identify what is confirmed and what needs advice. Vemiloa can use an early brief to discuss suitable models and the information needed for the next step.
MOQ, Samples and Quote Inclusions
We coordinate model-specific MOQ, sample costs and production estimates with the selected factory. Ask whether the product, each variant and any custom packaging have different minimum quantities. A small trial order must be checked against the specific supplier and product requirements.
For samples, confirm which model and configuration will be supplied, whether customization is included, and the sample preparation and shipping costs. Distinguish sample timing from bulk-production and delivery timing.
We help clarify what each quotation includes, using the same stated model or variant, configuration, quantity, customization and service scope for comparison. Confirm what is included in the product price and what is quoted separately. This may include accessories, packaging, sample work, any tooling or setup, inspections and transport. Any applicable extra charges should be identified for the agreed scope rather than assumed to be included.
Sample Approval and Quality Responsibilities
We coordinate agreed quality requirements with the party carrying out the checks. The approved sample and production specification provide the reference for the order. Confirm product configuration, supported functions, accessories, instructions and packaging before the bulk order is finalized. A similar-looking sample from another source does not establish the specification for the selected factory's production.
Agree what will be checked, who will inspect, and how findings will be recorded and discussed. Responsibilities for corrective work, any reinspection and shipment release should be clarified for the order. Vemiloa's coordination role and the factory or inspector's responsibilities should be identified separately.
Model-Specific Product Documents
Certifications and available documents vary by product and manufacturing partner. We help request available model-specific documents from the manufacturing partner. Send the model reference, destination and sales channel, together with the documents you have been asked to provide. Request the existing materials for that model and confirm their availability and relevance before relying on them for the order.

Multi-supplier consolidation
Products, accessories and packaging.
Coordinated together.
We coordinate multi-factory sourcing and container consolidation for products, accessories and packaging. Start with the product list, quantities and destination. Include supplier locations, carton dimensions and weights, and expected ready dates if available; the remaining details can be clarified as the consolidation scope is reviewed.
Confirm who is responsible for receiving checks, shipment documents, dispatch and each transport stage. The quotation should identify the agreed shipping scope and the allocation of freight, customs-clearance and tax responsibilities. Combining shipments needs to be assessed against costs and readiness for the specific order.
Common Questions
What happens if goods do not match the approved sample?
We help coordinate the issue review with the relevant factory. Compare the findings with the agreed sample, specification and inspection criteria. Provide the model or order reference, photos and the inspection findings so the issue can be discussed with the relevant factory. Corrective work, reinspection, shipment release and any commercial remedy depend on the order agreement and the findings.
What should I provide for a repeat order or an accessory request?
Share the previous model or order reference, the products or accessories requested, quantities, specifications, packaging and any changes. Confirm differences before the new order is agreed. If you need accessories or replacement parts separately, provide the exact model reference so compatibility, availability and order requirements can be checked.
